Philadelphia is a film about a gay lawyer who ends up getting AIDS. The film stars Denzel Washington and Tom Hanks. The film does a good job of dealing with the topic and kept a nice and relaxed pace throughout. The acting by Hanks and Washington is amazing but with those two actors it is hard to not get a good acting job done. The theme of the film is deeply touching and almost had me, the guy who rarely cries, to tears near the end of the film. I have to say that the film had its very small and rare flaws but overall it is incredible. I give the film 4.5/5 stars.
