#537 - The People vs. Larry Flint

The People vs. Larry Flint is a biopic about the founder and runner of Hustler magazine. The film tells a decent story and the acting by Harrison is incredible. Unfortunately the acting by most of the other actors with the exception of Edward Norton is not that good. It does however have a good message to it about the freedom of the press and Norton's speech near the end of the movie about the freedom of the press to the Supreme Court tells about how satire is a specific and exact right given in the first amendment. I give the film 3.5/5 stars.
