Wag the Dog is a satirical comedy that deals with a spin master who makes a fake war to cover up a sex scandal in the presidency. The film stars Robert DeNiro and Dustin Hoffman as the spin master and a Hollywood producer, respectively, who put this whole thing into play. The film is hysterical. Hoffman and DeNiro really sell their roles and everything they do to create this fully real war is incredible. From the actors playing Albanian refugees to Willie Nelson's version of "We are the World" the movie just makes this whole experience funny. I give the film 4.5/5 stars.
