Dazed and Confused is a slight coming of age story set in the mid to late 70s and revolves around the night of the last day of school. The film stars a lot of well-known actors and deals heavily with pot, which is why they show it a lot on 420. The film is quite good. The acting could be better but most of the stars at that point were in the middle of their career and had already hit their high point. All of the different plots that take place throughout the film are given equal time and even all given some sort of closer at the end (The plot of the football QB gets the most but it is close enough for me). Overall the film had a lot of good qualities and the screenwriters did an excellent job of tying everything together. I give the film 4/5 stars.
