Mortal Kombat is a film based off the fighting video game. The film is decent but is not exactly one of the greatest movies ever. First off the film leaves a large amount of the film to no explanations at all. Both Subzero and Scorpion powers are never explained and they leave a lot of other plot wide open in the film. Also the acting in the film is miserable none of the actors seem to even care about the roles and only about the paycheck that was going to be coming their ways. The fights are okay during the film and they work but the film lacks an overall substance needed to make the film into a decent piece of work. I give the film 2.5/5 stars.
