Fletch is a comedy by Chevy Chase and it deals with a undercover journalist and the mystery that he gets caught up in. The film is not bad. It is not fully hysterical but it is funny at moments. The plot of the film works well and it kept me hanging throughout the film. Normally with these films it takes only a few moments into the plot to fully understand a film but they were able to keep me until the very end guessing what the villain main plot was. Chase as usual was incredible in his use of humor and various costumes to help him move the plot forward and add in some humor. I give the film 4/5 stars for Chevy Chase.
