Marnie is a film starring Sean Connery and is directed by the famous director Alfred Hitchcock. The film centers around a girl who after a horrible childhood. The film is a good study of the girl's psyche and that after Connery's taking her in how she slowly deteriorates until what actually happened is revealed. Once it is revealed I have to say that the revelation is actually very shocking and I did not at all see it coming. As with most Hitchcock film this film kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. It was well directed because of the fact that the actors' performances are amazing. In general this film could have been better though in the pacing of the film. I give the film 3.5/5 stars.
