The third Turtles film is probably the worst of the three films in that they made too many changes and did not seem to work well in the saga. It was nice to see Casey brought back after a lapse of a film. The fact that the filmmaker changed the way in which the turtles look makes them more cartoonish and not as cool as they did in the previous films. They also made the personalities of the turtles more like stoners then warriors. The addition of time travel just seemed to be a way for them to deal with the turtles without the Shredder coming up with a deadly plot against them. Splinter also seemed to get a makeover that was not exactly better then his look before and he does not even seem to move from the location in which he is placed. The film could have used a lot of improvement and the acting should have been one of the first things that needs improvement. I give the film 2.5/5 stars.
