The Enforcer is the third Dirty Harry film and involves some eco-terrorists who are plotting against the city of San Fransisco. It may just be me but eco-terrorists are not exactly on the same level as a rapist or serial killer. It may just be me but Harry's time could be used someplace else. It was nice to see harry with a rookie inspector, played by Tyne Daly, who ended up being his equal in many ways. I would have actually liked to perhaps see her in other films but for some reason (sorry this is a bit of a spoiler) they kill her off at the end of the movie. The film seems to move to slow for me. No real action with the case ends up happening till there are 30 minutes left in the film. Clint as usual is awesome in the film but the plot needed some serious improvement to be a great Dirty Harry film. I give the film 3/5 stars.
